Red Shirt for Burma
This Facebook event is taking place today. I only just heard about it now, but I still managed to be taking part.
The event is wearing a red shirt in support of the protests in Myanmar. Coincidentally, I wore a red shirt today.
The peaceful protests have been drawing violent retribution from the Junta in control there. The tens of thousands of citizens have made peaceful protest while the Junta has tried, ineffectually, to stop the momentum.
It’s inspiring, to say the least.
